Submitted by Joe a Weekend Warrior from Ontario, Canada
    Date Reviewed: May 29, 2003
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $12.00
    Purchased At:lbs
Strengths:Black ones look good on my black bars
Weaknesses:Tend to twist on the ends
    Similar Products Used:Kona Pseudopod
Bike Setup:'00 Kona Blast w/ '99 SID XC
Bottom Line:They're a relatively thin grip that take a long time (weeks) to settle on the handlebar -- kept twisting on the end. For the $$ I think you can get a better grip.

Submitted by Peter a Cross Country Rider from Philadelphia, PA, USA
    Date Reviewed: August 8, 2001
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $8.00
    Purchased At:Price Point
    Strengths:Cool red color
Weaknesses:I installed these without bar-ends and I think the problem is that they don't taper at all, unlike most bars. So the ends keep coming loose. I finally put them on a commuter bike that doesn't get hard use (so they don't twist) and they work fine
Bottom Line:There are a lot better grips out there. I bought these for fashion only (the red matched a few components on my race bike) but they never really worked out for me.
