from Quebec Date Reviewed: September 24, 2007 | | Favorite Trail: | Backroad fireside | | Duration Product Used: | 1 Year | | Purchased At: | $850 | | Strengths: | exelent quality frame! Very good tires and havent poped in 1 year. I've been tough with the gear shifter but it still works exelent, shox work great and dont stiffen up like the Kona fire mountain that i had last year but ended up giving to my X-girl friend who loved it the first week until the whole weel broke off. | | Weaknesses: | No weaknesses | | Bottom Line: | This bike is excellent ride it hard it can take all the abuse you can possibly give it is good quality and doesn't fall apart like the Kona fire mountain. This bike is good for andy people ages 11 and up. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$600.00 | | Purchased At: | Rollin Thunder | | Strengths: | This bike is very light and easy to throw around. The frame is quite strong and conquered a 6 footer! | | Weaknesses: | It's a hard tail, what can i say. The rims seem to be a little flexy when too much weight is put on it. The stock tires are cheap and should be replaced soon. | | Similar Products Used: | special-ed hardrock, Kona Stuff, Carrera Combat | | Bike Setup: | Everything is stock except for Shimano cable disc brakes. | | Bottom Line: | It is very good for the entry level rider for a cheap price. If you want to do a little free ride but still some XC this is a good bike. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
