    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $50.00
    Purchased At:online
    Strengths:marketed very well
Weaknesses:just about...actually no, definetly everything else.
Similar Products Used:Race face, also junk, shimano xtr(and it never let me down)
    Bike Setup:yes
Bottom Line:I have gonethrough 3 bottombrackets in less than a year, i think that the isis thing is a good idea, but nobody is building a bb. that is worth a crap,Why? Im not one to spout off about shimano but i had not had problems with their bearings someone recently told me that it has to do with the outside diameter of the spindle, and not enough space for bearings, either way , something has to be changed, i cant afford this crap, Im using tru vativs dh gigapipe bb now, it weighs like 450 grams or something, and has double bearings both sides, i hope Chris king comes out with something soon

Strengths:easy to fit, came with the bike as new
Weaknesses:play in bearings after 3months use. Not acceptable lifespan for a bottom bracket
    Similar Products Used:Race Face, Shimano
Bike Setup:Bullit, XT, Hope Minis, Singletracks, Fox Vanilla
Bottom Line:Its a piece of JUNK, unfortunatly I've run out of ISIS manufactures so its back to Shimano

Submitted by Nick Ong a Cross Country Rider from Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
    Date Reviewed: January 17, 2003
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $25.00
    Purchased At:LBS
    Strengths:None
Weaknesses:Not fit to be used in mountain bikes. This product will leave you stranded deep in the jungles of Malaysia. The bearings were ground to bits in just 6 months of riding. Pop it into your commuter bike if u want but NEVER use this product if u are a serious off-roader. Looks like it's back good ol reliable Shimanos.
    Similar Products Used:Shimano (XT)
    Bike Setup:Cannondale CAAD5 f2000, SRAM x.0, SRAM hydro discs, race face cranks/rings
Bottom Line:DONT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK

    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $25.00
    Purchased At:supergo
    Strengths:nice looking
Bottom Line:used this bb for about 6 months.....immediately had problems this crazy creaking sound when i rode the bike.....seems the crank bolts kept backing out?? i am running truvative stylo cranks and was worried about walling out the mating holes......put locktite on the bolts.....creaking still existed....finally took it out and put my old shimano back in and no more noise. maybe the spindle is mt sized correctly??????
for 25 bucks it would be a nice piece if it did'nt make so much noise.
