The sole broke at the cleat.

I have a wide foot and these shoes, my second pair of Diadoras, fit perfectly. I used them for a season and a half before the sole broke at the cleat attachment rendering them useless for my Crank Bros pedals. The online store that sold them no longer sells Diadora (could be a clue) and I called the distributor who offered zero assistance aside from selling a new pair at list. "They are only warranted for 12 months."

Come on people! They were over $150
