DESCRIPTION
The Focus Raven 1.0 29er frame was built for flat-out speed. Focus' German engineers nailed the design of the carbon frame, eliminating lateral flex and transferring power like none other.

Stiff, compliant, internal cable routing, great looking and unique in the US
None
Stiff yet compliant. One of the best climbing bikes I have owned. Internal cable routing is clean and the fact that it has internal routing for a dropper post is unheard of. Great looking bike

Love this bike.
Frame is impressive on climbs, downhills and comfortable on long rides.
Fully internal cable routing is cool but creaming on the cake is internal caple routing on a frame like this for a dropper seatpost!
Shimano XTR groupset is just as good as the SramXX and a double downshifting on the rear is you don´t wanna be without when you get use to it.
Fox32 fit autolockout is a stroke of genious.
Kashima coating is plush and improves damping.
Fsa:
Carbon cranks are as good as any other top of the line cranks.
Stem and bars are good and have no faults.
Seatpost and cardon railed seat are super comfortable due to good flex.
Wheels:
Freewheel is weak and spoke tensioning is important cause they are flexy and becoke way to flexy if spokes are not kept stiff.
Whuld rather have liked to get the Cobalt 11 wheelset with this build.
On this bike im climbing up hills and mountains i have never been able to ride before and having more fun going back down.
On this bike i am improoving most of my strava markers so it is faster than a 26" on rougher trails.
